First Time Registration for Sports Facilities User Card holders or Long-service retirees / leavers of the University

Notes for users:

1. This online booking service is open to all Full-time and Part-time students, staff and their family members, long-service retirees / leavers and "Sports Facilities User Card" holders (excluding Alumni) of Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
2. You should be the "Sport Facilities User Card" holders or Long-service retirees / leavers of the University to register as an online booking user.

3. "Sports Facilities User Card" holders (excluding HKUST alumni), and long-service retirees / leavers of the University should submit a first-time registration via the system before access to this online booking system will be enabled.
4. Personal data collected will be used for the purpose of University administration and in handling emergency/ special circumstances. The information collected may also be summarized/ aggregated/ de-personalized and, in this context, transferred internally within HKUST for research and analysis/ statistical purposes. The data collected will be handled with strict security and confidentiality and in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
