Notes for users:

  1. This online booking service is open to all Full-time and Part-time students, alumni, staff and their family members, "Sports Facilities User Card" holders, and long-service retirees / leavers of Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
  2. Students, staff members and alumni should use their university network account as login name for access to the system.
  3. Eligible family members of staff are those defined by the Human Resources Office of the University. Their access to this system requires a first-time activation by their respective staff members through the system.
  4. "Sports Facilities User Card" holders, and long-service retirees / leavers of the University should submit a first-time registration via the system before access to this online booking system will be enabled.
  5. Personal data collected will be used for the purpose of University administration and in handling emergency/ special circumstances. The information collected may also be summarized/ aggregated/ de-personalized and, in this context, transferred internally within HKUST for research and analysis/ statistical purposes. The data collected will be handled with strict security and confidentiality and in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
